Quarterback Philip Rivers was listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium despite flu-like symptoms and a right foot injury. Rivers practiced this week despite the foot injury, but the Chargers added the illness in their Saturday report. Reserve quarterback Kellen Clemens took more snaps with the first unit in practice this week and the Chargers signed quarterback Brad Sorenson off their practice squad on Saturday, one of several of roster moves.
