SAN DIEGO (AP) -- In a continuing effort to keep the Chargers from leaving for the Los Angeles area, Mayor Kevin Faulconer says he told NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and three influential owners that San Diego ''is absolutely an NFL city.''
