The San Diego Chargers plan to file a relocation request to Los Angeles with the NFL in January and expect the Oakland Raiders and St. Louis Rams will do the same. Mark Fabiani, the Chargers lead counsel on their bid for a new San Diego stadium and possible move, told radio station XEPRS of the team's plans when the application chance for relocation opens in January.
