The top political consultant for Mayor Kevin Faulconer says if the Chargers resume negotiations for a new stadium, it needs to be without lawyer Mark Fabiani because he has no credibility with elected officials. Jason Cabel Roe says Fabiani ''has been poisonous'' to finding a solution to keeping the Chargers in San Diego and has misled the city on the team's intentions. Fabiani, who represents team chairman Dean Spanos, didn't respond to a request for comment Thursday.
