The Chargers offensive line is rounding into shape for Sunday's home game against the Oakland Raiders. Left tackle King Dunlap and left guard Orlando Franklin practiced for the third straight day Friday. Dunlap (concussion) and Franklin (ankle) missed the previous three games, with the Chargers (2-4) losing the last two.
