San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey has a torn left biceps and may be out for the season. Dorsey was injured during practice on Friday. Dorsey is entering his second season with the 49ers. Coach Jim Harbaugh praised him for how much he has contributed to the team's defensive line.
