Titans defensive lineman Ropati Pitoitua broke his left hand in a win at Atlanta, and coach Ken Whisenhunt says he expects him to be available for the season opener at Kansas City. Whisenhunt said Sunday that he didn't know how Pitoitua broke his hand, though the lineman played through three quarters with the injury. Pitoitua broke his right hand in the third preseason game last year, but played 16 games for Tennessee.
