AP source: Eagles linebacker Ryans tears Achilles (The Associated Press)

Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans tore his right Achilles tendon in Philadelphia's 31-21 win over Houston on Sunday, a person familiar with the injury said. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the Eagles didn't release details of the injury. The Eagles also lost quarterback Nick Foles to a possible shoulder injury.
