SAN DIEGO -- Malcom Floyd was smiling. Then again, the San Diego Chargers wide receiver is always smiling. The Chargers lifted the curtain on their OTAs and, according to Floyd, everything is A-OK. But Floyd, an 11-year pro, didn't give up the dream of returning to the Chargers.
