Sources: Mangini expected to coach 49ers' tight ends (Comcast SportsNet Bay Area)

INDIANAPOLIS -- Eric Mangini, who spent his first season with the 49ers as senior offensive consultant, is expected to become the teams new tight ends coach, according to multiple sources at the NFL scouting combine. Mangini would take over for Reggie Davis, who would coach the 49ers offensive line, along with Mike Solari. Tim Drevno previously held that role before leaving to become USCs offensive line coach and run-game coordinator. A source told CSNBayArea.com that coach Jim Harbaugh and general manager Trent Baalke have been working on the staff and Manginis move to tight ends coach is a strong possibility.
