This is the best case scenario for Ken Whisenhunt's new team. The Texans are set on taking either the second or third best QB which should be fine with Titans fans. The Jaguars need a QB, and while I don't think Manziel is worth this pick, he fits what Gus Bradley wants if he is trying to replicate what the Seattle Seahawks are doing.
