Several family members among 2015 Pro Football Hall of Fame class presenters (Shutdown Corner)

The presenters for the 2015 Pro Football Hall Of Fame class will have a family feel. Yahoo's Shutdown Corner has learned the names of the men and women who will be introducing this year's eight-man class into Canton, and it includes four family members — and one very interesting favor returned. Eliot Wolf, current Green Bay Packers executive and son of former Packers GM Ron Wolf, will speak on his father's behalf at the Aug. 8 enshrinement ceremonies. Jerome Bettis, the longtime Pittsburgh Steelers running back, will be presented by his brother, John Bettis III. Other family connections include Oakland Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown being introduced by his brother, Donald Kelly, and San Diego Chargers great Junior Seau being honored posthumously by his daughter, Sydney Seau. In a terrific turnabout, Marv Levy — who himself was presented to the Hall of Fame by Bill Polian, the former Buffalo Bills GM — will present for Polian. They always did work well together in building some great Bills teams in the early to mid-1990s. Charles Haley, who won five Super Bowls, will be presented by former San Francisco 49ers owner Edward DeBartolo Jr., who himself has been a Hall of Fame semifinalist on the ballot for years now. Former Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Will Shields has tabbed friend Adrian Lunsford for presentation duties, and Mick Tinglehoff, the longtime Minnesota Vikings center, will have his Hall Of Fame former teammate, Fran Tarkenton, do the honors. Family members often are asked to be HOF presenters, and some of the best speeches to come out of Canton have been of the blood-is-thicker-than-water variety. This year should be no different.
